• With proper care, our raw machine made wigs can last 2-5 years or longer. Longevity depends on how often you wear them, your maintenance routine, and whether you follow our Wig Maintenance Guide. 

Do you offer medical wigs for hairloss?

• Yes!  We create cranial prostheses wigs for clients experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy, alopecia, or other medical conditions. These wigs can often be covered by insurance, and we can guide you through the process. 

What's the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?

• Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair, collected from a single donor, and has never been chemically processed. making it the most natural and long lasting option. 

• Virgin Hair is also unprocessed but may be slightly steamed to achieve certain textures. 

Can I wash and style my wig like natural hair?

• Absolutely. You can wash, condition straighten, curl, and even color our wigs just like your own hair. We recommend using sulfate free products and heat protectant to keep your wig healthy and beautiful.                                                                                                                                

How do I measure my head for a custom wig?

• We provide a step-by-step Head measurement guide with photos to make it easy. You'll measure your circumference, front to nape, and ear to ear length. This ensures a snug comfortable fit with no slipping. 

Do you ship wigs?

• Yes we ship nationwide and internationally. Most ready-to-ship wigs and bundles go out within 1-2 business days and custom orders are shipped once completed. 

Do you offer in person wig installs?

• Yes! If you're in the Charleston, S.C. area you can book a professional install at our salon. We also provide styling, coloring and cutting services to customize your wig. 

Do you teach wig making classes?

• Yes! We offer in-person and online sewing machine wig making classes where you'll learn to construct wigs, style them, and even start your own business.
