Lace Replacement Give your favorite wig a fresh start without purchasing an entirely new unit. Our Lace Replacement service removes worn, thinning, damaged or over-processed lace and replaces it with a fresh closure or frontal, restoring the appearance and longevity of your wig. This service is ideal for units where the bundles and wig construction are still in good condition, but the lace is no longer giving the natural, polished finish you want. WHAT’S INCLUDED • Shampoo + deep conditioning treatment for your wig • Removal of existing lace • Installation of your new closure or frontal • Inspection and reinforcement of the wig foundation when needed • Knots bleached when appropriate • Lace customized and plucked for a natural appearance • Lace tinted to complement your complexion • Wig dried and finished • Basic styling included LACE OPTIONS The $85 Lace Replacement service price covers the replacement service/labor only. New lace is not included in the base price. You may: Bring Your Own Lace — Bring a compatible HD or transparent closure/frontal to your appointment. OR Have Exotic Lengths Provide Your Lace — Select the appropriate lace add-on when booking and your new lace will be provided for your service. The cost of the lace will be added to your appointment. Please select your lace size/type during booking so the appropriate lace can be prepared for your unit. WHAT TO EXPECT Your wig will first be evaluated to ensure it is suitable for lace replacement. The unit will be shampooed and deep conditioned, the damaged lace will be carefully removed, and the new lace will be professionally attached and customized. Once the replacement is complete, your wig will be finished and styled so that you leave with a refreshed unit that looks polished and restored. PLEASE NOTE Lace replacement is intended for wigs that are still structurally sound. Units with extensive damage to the cap, tracks, bundles or overall construction may require additional repair services. Upgrading or changing the original construction of the wig for example, converting a closure unit to a frontal unit may require additional labor and fees.
